What to do when GP referred you to hospital
There are 3 different pathways your GP can refer you.
- 2ww - urgent referral - you will hear from hospital directly to be triaged
- Regular - you will be emailed / will recieve notification on your NHS App with next steps to get an appointment
- Private - Our secretary will provide you with a letter to book your appointent yourself with your chosen provider
It is essential that we have your contact details up-to-date
If you have NHS App you will be contacted via the App
If you do not have access to email or NHS App then your referral letter will be placed in reception for collection (this can take more then 14 days)
